What is prepaid balance?

Prepaid balance is credit that you add to your account in advance. It’s deducted automatically as you make API calls, providing a convenient way to manage your spending.

How to top up

  1. Navigate to billing - Go to your dashboard and select “Billing” or “Top-up”
  2. Choose amount - Select from preset amounts or enter a custom amount
  3. Select payment method - Use credit card, debit card, or bank transfer
  4. Complete payment - Your balance is updated immediately after payment

Top-up bonus

We offer bonus credits on larger top-ups:

  • Easy cancellation - Cancel anytime, no long-term commitment
  • Downgrade option - Switch back to Free tier if needed
Membership fees are separate from API usage charges. You’ll be billed monthly for membership, and API usage is charged separately based on your actual usage.

Membership FAQ

Yes, you can cancel your Pro or Premium membership at any time. Your membership benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, you’ll revert to the Free tier.
Membership discounts apply to standard pricing. Volume discounts and enterprise pricing are calculated separately and may provide better rates for high-volume usage.
Your prepaid balance remains in your account and can be used normally. Membership cancellation only affects membership benefits, not your account balance.
Unused prepaid balance can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, balance is non-refundable but never expires. Contact support for refund requests.
No, membership is optional. You can use Wisdom Gate with the Free tier and pay-as-you-go pricing. Membership provides additional benefits and discounts but is not required.
