Wisdom Gate provides an AI model aggregation platform where users can access various artificial intelligence models through a unified API interface, including but not limited to:
  • Text generation - Chat completions, text generation, and language model interactions
  • Text-to-image generation - Image creation from text prompts
  • Image analysis - Image understanding and multimodal capabilities
  • Embeddings - Semantic embeddings for search and RAG applications
  • Audio and video processing - Where supported by available models

Service availability and model support may vary. Check our model catalog for the most up-to-date information.

2. User Account

2.1 Registration Requirements

  • You must provide true and accurate information when registering, including but not limited to username, email address, etc.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.

2.2 Account Security

  • You are responsible for protecting your account information and API Key.
  • If you discover your account or API Key has been compromised, please change it immediately and notify us.
  • You must not share your API Key with unauthorized parties.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials.
Keep your API keys secure. Never share them publicly or commit them to version control. Unauthorized use of your API key may result in charges to your account.

2.3 Usage Restrictions

It is prohibited to use your account for illegal activities, including but not limited to:
  • Intellectual property infringement
  • Fraud or deceptive practices
  • Violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Activities that harm or interfere with the Service or other users

3. Usage Rules

3.1 API Calls

  • You should use the Service correctly according to the API documentation.
  • You must not abuse or call the API beyond reasonable limits.
  • Rate limits apply based on your membership tier. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary restrictions.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your API usage complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3.2 Data Storage and Privacy

  • The Service does not collect or store user interactions with AI models.
  • We may record access logs (such as IP addresses, request frequency, etc.) for service optimization, security, and billing purposes, but this does not involve your private content.

Your conversations with AI models are private. We do not store or analyze your request content.

3.3 Fees and Billing

  • Payment for this service is required based on usage. For detailed pricing information, please refer to our Pricing Guide.
  • Wisdom Gate offers usage-based pricing with transparent costs. Membership discounts may apply based on your tier.
  • All fees are charged in USD unless otherwise specified.
  • You are responsible for all charges incurred through your account, including charges resulting from unauthorized use if you fail to protect your API key.
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy. Unused prepaid balance may be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
Monitor your usage regularly through your dashboard to avoid unexpected charges. Set up usage alerts to stay informed.
  • Users must comply with all applicable international laws and the laws and regulations of their country/region when using the Service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:
    • Data protection and privacy laws
    • Intellectual property laws
    • Export control regulations
    • Content moderation requirements
  • If any disputes, penalties, or legal liabilities arise from users’ violations of relevant laws and regulations, Wisdom Gate bears no responsibility. Such responsibilities shall be borne solely by the user.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate legal requirements.

5. Prohibited Behaviors

Users are prohibited from the following behaviors when using the Service:
  • System Attacks: Using the Service to attack other systems or platforms, including but not limited to DDoS attacks, unauthorized access attempts, or any form of cyberattack.
  • Legal Violations: Violating any applicable laws and regulations, including using the Service for illegal purposes.
  • API Key Misuse: Using illegal means to obtain, tamper with, or share API Keys, or attempting to bypass security measures.
  • Unauthorized Resale: Redistributing or reselling Wisdom Gate services without explicit written permission.
  • Service Interference: Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or harm the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
  • Automated Abuse: Using automated systems to abuse the Service, including but not limited to scraping, automated account creation, or systematic exploitation of vulnerabilities.
  • Content Violations: Using the Service to generate, transmit, or store content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
Violation of these prohibited behaviors may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

6. Service Availability and Modifications

  • We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
  • We may perform scheduled maintenance that may temporarily affect service availability.
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions, modifications, or discontinuation.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Wisdom Gate and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • You retain ownership of content you create using the Service, subject to the terms of this agreement.
  • You grant us a license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
  • You must not use our trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wisdom Gate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through the Service.
  • We are not responsible for decisions made based on information or content generated through the Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wisdom Gate, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms of Service
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

10. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using account deletion features.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.
